10 more blocks to seam together, thats it! Now the question is, should I add a border around the entire thing?!

I love it ! Could you please, remind us the # colors you used ?

Personnally I would add a garter stitch border...but it means more work to do...May be you have enough ;o)

That was so fast! and it looks great too. I think you could go either way on the border.. if you have the time and yarn, it could be finish the project nicely.

That's really going to be cute. Love the colors. Oh and they're so you! (even though it's not for you) I always choose colors that i like for other people. I have to remind myself to choose other colors. It's so hard!

It looks beautiful! I love the colors. As long as your seams look neat at the edges, I don't think it needs a border. There is enough going on with all the colors. And because the blocks are garter stitch, the edges look very finished. If anything, I would do an attached I-cord around. But I'm not sure what color I'd do it in.

I think it would look good with or without a border. I'd have a hard time choosing the color to use though. I love that little bit of purple you can see in the picture...

It looks beautiful! I like the idea of a border, but I don't know what color I'd choose.'

Wow, the blanket looks fantastic! I like the idea of an attached i-cord border, but hate the idea of picking up all those stitches.

I think I have to see the whole thing together and in it's entirety before making the decision to add the border. So far it looks like it could go either way. Love this blanket and hope the person receiving it does too!

It's lookin' really good, Dani! To border, or not to border ... THAT is the question. :)

Hmmm... I'd vote for the border. Keeps little baby hands from unraveling any of the seaming. Those colors are beautiful, and the blanket looks so soft and fluffy in that shot!

Ummmmm looks like a block of snuggly goodness! Hate to add to the workload but I vote border but to be honest, it will look gorgeous EITHER way!

Once again, standing here in awe of your amazing work!

I would add a border, it usually pulls the whole blanket together. Plus, if you end up with a weird square that is slightly off, the border will hide it. Great colours by the way!

I vote no border. I think the blocks you made are so perfect and even that they don't need one. Besides, I want you to spend more time dyeing yarn! :)

Hi Dani,

I'm thinking a border in a whole new color that ties em all together. (one you aren't bored of yet) Not sure what that color is though... maybe a picot edge like your skirt?

And, here's the link to the cool and bra friendly tank I was talking about on Sun - http://joannac.blogspot.com/2005/07/prosperous-plum-tank.html
